Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment.

Guests must provide accurate details during booking.

Bookings are non-transferable without prior approval from Palm Resort.

3. Check-in and Check-out:

Check-in time: 12:00 PM

Check-out time: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellations and Modifications:

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the check-in date for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in will incur a 50% charge.

No refunds for no-shows or cancellations on the day or within 48 hours of check-in.

5. Liability:Palm Resort is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during your stay. Guests are advised to secure their valuables.

6. Governing Law:These terms are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gudalur, Tamil Nadu.
